Order Processing Time
We work with Gelato, a print-on-demand solution that partners with local production and shipping centers around the world to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
All orders are processed and sent to production within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Production times may vary depending on the product but typically take 1 to 3 business days.
After production, the item is shipped directly from the nearest available production and shipping center. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays might be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, selected method, and local carrier performance.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers vary depending on the destination country and the production center assigned to your order. Gelato, our production and shipping partner, selects the best carrier for each order to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot specify or guarantee a particular shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking information, feel free to contact us at contact[at]hirakan.com and we will manually send it you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
In most cases, there are no customs duties or additional taxes because production and shipping centers are located in or near the country of delivery. However, if customs fees or taxes are required, these are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information if needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact[at]hirakan.com with your order number and any relevant details. As Gelato manages production and shipping, we will work with them to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we cannot interact directly with shipping carriers, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order.

We ship to most countries worldwide, but certain locations may have restrictions. If we are unable to fulfill your order to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process or shortly thereafter.
